CJC-1295 no DAC, also known as Modified GRF (1-29), is a synthetic analogue of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH). It is a truncated peptide containing the first 29 amino acids of GHRH, which are responsible for its biological activity. This version is further modified with four amino acid substitutions at positions 2, 8, 15, and 27 to increase its stability and prevent rapid degradation.
